Hi, I’m Rachel…
I’m a therapist who specializes women’s and maternal mental health. My work and expertise revolves around supporting women through prenatal, postpartum and motherhood periods. This includes pre-conception, pregnancy, infertility, secondary infertility, miscarriage, postpartum, postpartum mood disorders, motherhood, and parenting. Other areas of focus include but are not limited to anxiety, depression, self-esteem and identity.
I know starting therapy can feel overwhelming. And it’s important to find a therapist who is the right fit.
I work with women and mothers, offering support and guidance. My therapy style is supportive, non-judgmental, and tailored to fit your individual needs. My goal is to understand your values, perspective, and experiences, and offer therapy that meets you where you are and guides you to where you want to be. I am a mental health advocate who believes therapy isn’t about fixing people. It’s about prioritizing self-care, wellness, and overall health.
I offer a genuine approach, compassion, hope, and humor to empower my clients and help them overcome challenges and achieve their personal goals.
I’m here to help.
